“With over a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Specialty Group Fitness Instructor + collaborating Degrees in Education, I’m so honored to be able to offer this space & service to our Billings, Montana community. I love this all-encompassing form of movement & this city filled with so much beauty.

While Pilates has always been at the root of my teachings (even prior to extensive training, certifications & deep focus into the area), it was the injuries during my years spent as a fitness competitor where I discovered that Pilates principles were the foundation for the body…they were EVERYTHING. I’ve been witness as it has rescued a multitude of clients (& myself) from surgeries, offer rehabilitation for past injuries, tighten the mind’s connection to the body & spark a “self-love-confidence flame” that is magically transformative.”
